Pastor Sid Litke, his wife Priscilla,
and family live in Port Washington where he has served Open Door
Bible Church since 1984. Pastor Sid is a graduate of Dallas Theological
Seminary (Th.M. 1984) and Grace University, Omaha NE (B.A. 1980).
Pastor Sid enjoys motorcycling and basketball in his spare time.
The Litkes have six children. |

Associate pastor Jim Engelman and his wife Nora also live in
Port Washington. Pastor Jim served for twenty years as a missionary
in Indonesia planting churches and working in the area of discipleship.
He also served as a teacher at the New Tribes Mission Institute
for two years prior to coming to Open Door in 1999. Pastor Jim
enjoys gardening as a hobby. Jim and Nora have four grown children. |

Youth Pastor Seth Meeks, his wife,
Anya and 2 young sons live in Port Washington. Seth is a recent
graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago (B.A. 2005). Seth
and Anya are originally from Sterling, Illinois, where they served
in volunteer youth ministry. Seth enjoys fishing, hunting and
basketball. |

Karen Will has served as church secretary
since 1997. She enjoys gardening, bird-watching, and outdoor activities
with her family. Karen and her husband Ray have four boys. |
The pastoral staff is part of a board of men committed as a team to
leading the ministries of Open Door and fulfilling our purpose.
